hi i have a 1993 mx6 throttle body issue. The engine (2.0L 4cyl) revs up and down as if someone was hitting the gas and letting go continuously. this is an intermittant problem exacerbated when it's really cold out. Is this caused by faulty electronics in the throttle body itself? or could it be something else entirely?

any help would be much appreciated.
