Pomice stone. Rake it across your seats and the carpet. The little holes in the stone grab all the hairs. Follow up with a vacuum.

LOL if a dog gets let into a vehicle while you can protect the seats DOG hair still get on the carpet, door panels and if you use the HVAC system even venting will get into the vents.

...and all weather floor mats & door protectors exist as well...never really have much of an issue with short hair dogs though...i can see long hair dogs or dogs with actual fur causing more of an issue

Dog fur embeds within carpeting so a vacuum will not do anything until the fur is broken free from the carpet by a brush or other tool.
There are a few different rubber tools for sale on Amazon, they look similar to a window squeegee and when scraped over the carpet the tool dislodges the fur so that so that afterwards any vacuum may suck it.
