Default Lights in the front would work but the tails and the dash light were out - 1992 Mazda MPV

Lights in the front would work but the Tails and the Dash Light are out in my 1992 Mazda MPV 6cyl/3.0Engine. Checked tail light fuse in the fuse panel box [C-Instrument panel light control,Taillights] and the fuse is good. Also turned up the dimmer switch but the lights still do not work.
Can anyone please help.

Thanks

That circuit comes out of the headlight switch. It feeds the taillights/front markers and instrument cluster illumination. It is on a 15 amp fuse.
