So for the 2nd time in 2 months, all my favorite radio stations on my 2019 Mazda CX-9 were just gone. Has this happened to anyone else before? Last time I went back and reset them (time-consuming) and 3 weeks later they're gone again (nothing else wiped out, so if it's an electrical short then it's not affecting other systems as far as I can tell).

 

In my case, it took 15 months yes it is very time consuming

 

I just bought my car in June and have had this problem 2 times. Very frustrating.
