Default 2016 CX-3 Entertainment system

I'm a new Madza owner so I 'm unfamiliar with a lot of the systems. I have some questions relating to playing audio through my phone, a Samsung Galaxy A35 which has successfully connected via Bluetooth. I can play music OK but on the display there is a square box on the right that I assume is for artwork but mine is always blank although I do have album artwork in the properties of each track. Also on the bottom of the screen if I select Root Menu it tells me it cannot browse the connected device. Is this an issue with Bluetooth devices? Would it make a difference if I use an SD card or some other type of device? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ray

Music on a USB stick might be better.
