Default Can I use 245x75x16 tires for tribute?

Hey all,

I bought a second hand 2003 Mazda tribute ES V6 3.0 that came with tires sizes of 235x75x16.

The owners manual that came with the car said standard tire size is 235x70x16.

My question is this.............

Can I replace tires with sizes of 245x75x16? I was hoping for a little wider tires that might help with the bad road conditions here.

What do you guys think?

Some people answered me on another mazda forum. Basically, it is best to stick with the 235x75x16 tires on it now. They are big enough and it gets the job done with he roads.
