Hey T. I have a '92 B2200 and Just had all but one freeze plug done. I was gonna do it myself but there was was too much stuff that needed to be removed. I have 6 total on mine. Two were leaking and decided to have them all done at the same time. The only one that didn't get replaced was the one in the back of the engine because they would have had to drop the tranny to get to it. My mech told me that when I need to get the clutch replaced he would do the last plug at the same time for free. Or if it starts leaking he would give me a big discount for doing the clutch. I have a good mech. Freeze plugs can get pretty involved if they have to remove a bunch of components like mine. I got the old plugs and you could see the wear/corrosion on 3 of them so it was pretty inevitable that it was gonna be sooner than later before the others would have started leaking too. So it might be wise to have your mech do them all at the same time. It took my guy about 9 hours to do mine with all the crap he had to take off. I would hold your guy to the 3 hour or $225.00 for all charge though. It's pretty involved. I'm lucky I have a mech who likes me (I always tip him with a case of beer).
