I swapped out my son's carb for a weber 32/36 because it was pooring black smoke, now it idles fine but when you give it gas it wants to bog or die. The instructions said to plug the fuel return line , could this be the problem? B2200 AT, Electric pump and pressure regulator set at 3.5 psi.
