Default missing hose on capella

My girlfriend has a 96 capella which I serviced a couple of weeks ago. Since then its run a little rough at low revs. There appears to be a vacuum hose missing from the air box, opposite the inlet air temp sensor, but I cannot find the hose or where it should go, I am assuming it is something to do with inlet air pressure. There was definately something on the fitting at some time as its clean like a hose was pulled off it. Any ideas?

Thankyou. Unfortunately the diagram doesn't show the area I am interested in. On the left of the top half of the airbox, opposite the intake air temp sensor there is a thin plastic pipe moulded into the plastic of the airbox about the correct diameter to take the size of vacuum hose that used to go to the vacuum advance on distributors before they all became electronic. It looks like it had something on it until recently as it was clean whereas everything around it was dusty. I cannot find a pipe to go onto it, but it may have fallen of completely as my girlfriend didn't tell me it was a bit rough on tickover for a week or so after I serviced it. I tried blocking it, because it must be blowing a thin jet of air directly into the air flow sensor, but that made little if any difference. I wondered if it was used as some sort of indication of inlet air pressure maybe compared with somewhere else in the intake system, its too narrow to be used to bypass any significant amount of air round the air flow sensor to somewhere else. Any ideas?

Plus text from another forum

facing engine from the front:

#1 the vac line goes from back left inlet to vac chamber boxes under the mani. connect this to metal tube that goes around to the back of the manifold on the right side. Put a T on it in the back and use that one for both of the VRIS solenoids. Run lines from the solenoids to the actuators.

#2 Front right inlet to fuel pressure regulator solenoid to FPR.

#3 back right (under neck of the IM) to cruise control.

#4 Air box to carbon filter

Matthew, what is a Capella? Is it a Euro version of our (States) 626? I'd not heard of that model before.
