Android Auto won't work
I just traded my 2017 Maxda 6 with navigation for a 2019 with Android auto. My car won't recognize my Samsung Galaxy 9. I have tried 3 different USB cables, I know 2 of them are good quality. In settings, Android Auto is there but not highlighted and the cursor won't go down to it. Ive deleted the app a dozen times and I go through the setup process, but no luck.
Help.
Help.
So I'm a little bit late here but what was the fix exactly?
I'm in the same boat here with my 2020 CX5 Signature. Android Auto is displayed but it is greyed out, I cannot select it. I've tried connecting 3 different phones, used multiple cables, redownloading Android Auto on my phone. I checked all of the fuses, I even bought a wireless adapter. The AA port just doesn't seem to be supplying power at all even though the one right next to it works.
I did notice there is an "outlet" relay in the fuse block in the engine bay. Could that be the issue?
