Default Help with this rattling noise

I’ve attached a video, because it’s far easier than explaining the noise. It’s an ‘07 2.3L and zero DTCs and the noise is very inconsistent. I don’t think it’s a severe engine related noise, because it only does it in gear and never while idling. It seems to pop up most when I accelerate from a stop, or if I apply sudden acceleration while moving. I realize it could be a multitude of things, but it would really help to narrow it down.

Sounds like a normal car noise. I cannot hear a rattle noise.

Ok played the sound video... but as most it hard to tell ......
Best advice is go to a service shop and take the service mechanic for a ride and let them hear what you hear and state that sound to that person when you hear it. Don't let the wonder what you are hearing.
I always say to my customer to tell what it is they are hearing when the sounds start on the test drive. If I didn't, I would be writing an estimate for many things I hear going or starting to go bad or that are not normal. LOL
