Faulty Tire Valves

I have a Mazda 5.
The first time the valve broke I was just driving. When I called the dealer they said they didn't cover them and that I probably hit something... I think I would have felt if I hit something that hard that made the valve break.
The second valve broke when I was pumping air into the tire. I called the dealer and they said that they never heard any complaints, just mine... Anyone else experienced this?
