So I inherited these 16" wheels with security lugs, and no luck so far figuring out who made them. The lugs need special keys which I don't have.

Basically I'd like to get these 16" off and restore vehicle to the stock 14", but I need to be able to get these puppies off first! Hopefully without having to do any cutting. Plus, I need to know who made these wheels to have some idea what resale or trade value they have. One of my tires has begun to develop a valve stem problem, too, so I could really use some help w/this.
