Help w/ RIM SPECS please
 

So I've got (4) 17" Mazda rims that I need to sell but don't know how to properly describe the specs in my on-line ads (like what potential buyers would be looking for or need to know). They came as the extra "winter" set with 4 Bridgestone Blizzak 215 60 R17 tires on them when I bought my 2004 MPV from the previous owner (2 rims still have these nice, newer tires on them)

QUESTONS:
1. What's the best way to describe these in my sale posts (i.e. how should I refer to the specs)?
2. What would be a good "market" price for each rim for my region (I'm in Seattle / Pacific NW)?
3. Should I remove the tires and list just the 4 rims leave the tires on and say in the ad something like "tires not included but can be sold with rims for additional price"?

Side note: R.I.P. "Gertie" . . . I'm still grieving the loss of this baby :( She was totaled when I was recently sandwiched in a 3-car collision. I LOOOVED her and she was soooo practical and functional for me and my dogs! Got her Sept 2021 for a steal at $2400, in immaculate condition inside n' out and under the hood, with only 140k original miles!! :(
