Strange noise

First I want to say you will be my first time ever to rate a sound video. On the scale of 1-19 you get a 1
Try to first open the hood
Not be in an area that the wind is blowing
That there are no other back ground noises And try tp firt target what you think is at least close to the area generating the noise.
Don't worry in all the years on forums on my scale I would say not one person would have gotten higher then a 4.
With he hood shut and no real reference there is really only the pool of guessing from any forums and their members. Guessing is the operative word. Get enough and someone when the noise is finally found will claim the glory of "guessing" correctly.
Here is my often posted engine sound video that to most and most all DIY it sounds like I have multiple problems but to an experience and trained service Technician all these sounds are all normal. It all in how I recorded it.
