2002 Mazda millenia

I have a 2002 Mazda millennia. When I got the car from the dealership, the mechanic there said that the noise coming from the passenger side was the timing belt cover hitting one of the pulleys which made sense at the time because the cover was torn up along the edge. I’ve had the car about a week or so and I noticed the noise gets a little louder as the time goes on. It’s like a squeal from a belt but there is also a dull steady tapping noise.

Things I’ve noticed wrong:

1.Squeal/ tap from passenger side

2. brake pedal flutters only in mud it seems

3. Clicking in gearshift only going from park to reverse.

4. Lagging acceleration.

5. High rev’s

6.head lights go dim after shutting the car off with lights on auto.

7. radio flickers from light to dark when volume is turned all the way up

if these are related, let me know. If each one has a different diagnosis, let me know if all of it together is one diagnosis let me know. If you see anything that looks messed up that I have overlooked let me know.

(I will attach all pictures of the pulleys and things that I was able to get while having the tires off
