NASCAR Texas Race Today @ Noon
 

Due to rain yesterday the race is on today @ 12:00. Fox regular TV and TSN2 in Canada.

It's on right now, first 11 laps under caution to help dry out track better. Jet dryer causing issues with hoods lifting up as cars pass by. A few cars like Keselowski had to come down for extra tape!
Now green flag racing.

Dale Earnhardt jr in wall after 2 laps, car on fire!
He went through the grass as he peeked left when he was behind a car!
Some damage to Jimmie Johnson as he was behind Dale.
He didn't know he was that close to the grass. With the cars being low and grass wet damage.
Looks like Jimmi's car has windsield issues from debris flying up.

Race is over.
Came down to a Green White Checker 2 lap shootout.
Jeff Gordon took only 2 tires along with Brian Vickers, rest took 4 tires.
On re-start Gordon and Vickers were 1 and 2. Logano was 3rd and Kyle Busch 4th both with 4 new tires.
Logano won, Gordon came in 2nd, Kyle Busch 3rd. Brian Vickers 4th. Hats off to rookie Kyle Larson who finished 5th.
