2006 RX8 - only 105 miles on a new engine!

Not really sure what to ask - I see other cars with more mileage at 15K + - not trying to be greedy, and also want it to go to someone who loves it and will maintain it.
In terms of dings: the bottom edges of both rear mini-doors have a small area that needs sanding/painting (if it bothers you). There are a couple of tiny rough patches in the upright area of leather in the back seat (again, didn't notice them until cleaning today). I replaced the windshield bc of a small crack. There is moisture in the rear right tail light - but there is also a certificate for $100 that goes with the car, regardless of owner, and if I get to it this week I'll use it toward the tail light. If someone wants to buy the car as is, the gift certificate via Autobarn Mazda goes with it in their system. I have the paperwork for the engine replacement from last year, but since then the car has been languishing in my driveway, which is why the mileage essentially reflects driving it back and forth to Mazda. The brakes have a little rust due to sitting over the winter, but they are still good - had it all checked out by my local mechanic.
