I Contacted Mazda wondering where the Complimentary bottle of Touch-Up Paint was, this is what I got back from them;

Thank you for contacting Mazda.

Unfortunately Mazda is unable to send touch up paint thru the mail. Some difficulties with the Post Office and bottles of paint breaking caused Mazda to prohibit mailing them. I recommend contacting your local Mazda dealership and inquiring for a bottle of touch up.

I have mailed a Zoom-Zoom sticker to you for your use.

Now see Ken, if you had gotten a white one you could've cut up the zoom-zoom sticker (since they only come in white) when you got a chip. Now you've got to beg, borrow or steal some touch-up from your dealer.
Geez, the least they could've done is given you a coupon for a free bottle, even if you did have to go to a dealer to get it.
I'd write 'em back if I wuz U.

 

Actually I will take the Zoom-Zoom Sticker to a friend of mine so she can match the Font and have a CRM one made, I have a white one on it now (remember the extra 50 HP ).
As for the Paint, I will stop in and tell them what they said and see, I am already PO'ed at them [8D]

 

all i did was ask for it and they gave me it. no questions asked.

 

I remember getting mine in the mail, a month after I bought one at the dealership.
