Is it only newby Mazda owners who get needled by corporate to complete a "survey" regarding your Mazda ownership? If you don't complete the survey soon, they send more emails asking if you would please get on the ball and do it? I took my time to respond.
Lately, it seems like one can do nothing online without getting a request to fill out a "Survey." Even the most trivial WalMart purchase spurs a request to evaluate my experience therein.
Some of these "Surveys" are lengthy and lots of aggravation to complete.
The Mazda survey request didn't say that it would take me over an hour to complete, although I am partly to blame because I added lots of illuminating text on several of the questions.
Maybe I'm just "venting," so flame on!

 

This is now the new normal for many business to find out what the consumer is thinking. NOT Mazda alone but all the auto manufactures across the spectrum send customer satisfaction surveys.
eBay has been doing this for a long time and now Amazon. COSTCO, WALMART, you doctor's office Hospitals even common gas credit cards to name a few examples.
The DELETE button gets well used on my devices Dailey. LOL
And about every 4-6 months I send a stop subscription to dozens of contact sites that seem to have become attached to my account like yahoo and just start sending surveys and ads?
And because I have a couple or more business names and a product line its unless for junk mail and surveys.

 

. . . and another thing. When you are supposed to give your brand, model, year, etc., the drop-down selections only go up to the year 2023.

 

Maybe you should learn to read the copy write or other information generally at the bottom of the document that will give you the information about the printing date, or other document date information?
These are only generally a survey to gather information helpful to the business and not official documents unless it states otherwise.
Just wondering and you don't need respond because the mere fact of how you worded you last responses explains a lot and also answer my question.... have you ever looked at the driver's door jam sticker where it states the actual year and month of your vehcle?
