as a member of many different car forums, i have to agree with most of these, particularly the WRX one (i'm a member of NASIOC).

the VW Bug one tho... not so much, i'm registered on TheSamba.com which is THE aircooled VW forum... and there seem to be very few "peace and love" VW enthusiasts left. it's mostly more like "My car is bone stock and 36hp, and since yours is green and somewhat modified, we're going to be ******** to you because we can't get our heads out of our own asses."

there are some friendly and very helpful people there... but i've run into a large number of douchenozzles.

I've been guilty more than once of slowing down when I see one of them, then kicking myself when I see its not a cop

 

so many forums not enough time to poke fun at

 

*Hang head in shame* before I was a Mazda guy, I was in the Audi A4 2.8 V6 forum...really I had the A6 2.8... more or less that is so true. There were seriously the same 4 questions, how do I mod an unmodable engine, what is your gas mileage, do these rims look good and CEL came on what do I do.

Ha ha actually so many of those were true and the rest were funny. Gotta love the G35 forum... I just raced a McClaren and won. Like the kid who claimed he beat a Ford GT with his 1.8T A4. Turned out it was a Mustang GT... oops.
