Will 08 radio fit 06 mazda 3

I have an 2006 Mazda 3 5 door with the single CD radio. I saw a 2008 Mazda 3 6 disc radio on Craigslist for sale. The question being, how might I go about finding out if this is a simple exchange. The Craigslist picture appears to be a match. Thanks Jon
