USA dude in the UK with MX-3
Hi All,
I just bought a 1995 MX-3 yesterdayand there is a 626 in my driveway (heading out!)as well asmy wife'sMitsubishi 3000 GTO (twin screw 400HP Jap grey market import),A4 Audi wagonand an assortment of motorcycle type objects. We like to go fast!
Never drove a MX-3 before, so today is my second day of owneship. So far so good. Really good handler but man does it wanna rev rev rev. I have no idea of the history of the car but the ABS light is on and I noticed a strut tower bar under the hood ("bonnet" as they say here!). I noticed some duct tape on the intake so that doesn't bode well. It ticks a bit but so did my 626!!
I'm a US citizen who's moved over here to the UK because of marriage! So I amstill getting adapted to driving small cars. I had a big pickup in the states and before that a series of hot Nissan Maximas. Before that is was musclecars like Firebirds and streetbikes like GPz's and CBR's. Now I ride motocross and my family is into it as well. We run a website for motocross news that is highly ranked and feeds over 100 other sites called www.MXNewsfeed.com
