my sd car reader and usb not working now

i have a 2016 cx5 the sd card reader was not reading the sd card and the usb do i need to buy a card socket port connectors or is there a fuse on it

You do not need anything special to read the SD card. Simply turn off the car stick in the card and start the car and it should work.

Are you sure you have the correct card?

Is the card new? If not, you may need to clean the leads on the card.

Are you sure you pushed it in all the way? It goes in a little deeper than I would have thought.

it the old card and it was working i cleaned the leads on the card i removed the card and pushed it in all the way in the usb ports don't work now .i have a new card coming

is there a fuse for usb ports
