Default Nother Newbee

Hi, I have been lurking for a few months now and finally decided to join.
My wife inherited our daughters 09 Mazda 3 so she could buy another car.
I am old and fat and almost too big for this car, but I like it.
I am almost computer illiterate and I guess old timers disease {CRS} has caught up with me.
I have worked on cars most of my life but not these newer ones with all this electronic stuff on them.
Guess I will be asking loads of questions.
Don.

Welcome Don!! Sorry I didn't see this thread sooner.

Nice to have ANOTHER old school kinda' guy here. I prefer the old days when it comes to being able to modify, control and adjust things too. Things were so much easier to diagnose then too. But you have to admit, the newer cars are generally much better in other ways.

So what kind of experience do you have? If you have pictures of past cars or projects, please feel free to post them.
