Default New miata owner!

Hi I'm Jennifer and I just bought a 1990 miata and know nothing about them. Hints why I'm here. I'm hoping to learn more about my motor and suspension. I've had it for about a week and I took it out for a spirited drive with another miata and drifted all the way around a corner. I thought I was going to poo myself because I've driven nothing but hondas. I autoX a 2003 Nissan 350Z and I'm going to learn my miata a little more before I take it out there.

Any tips and advice would be great!

Thanks!

Jennifer

Welcome, it's nice to have you here. Please, feel free to post pics of the Miata and 350Z. I bet the move to RWDs was a big step up but I assure you you won't regret it. Welcome once again.

Thanks I was a huge difference from going to a honda to the 350Z. The miata isn't tooo much of a difference but a little.
Here's some pics of the miata and the 350. The pics of the miata aren't that great, they were taken before I waxed it and such.

noice, the miata is a great platform to start with if you you're into tuning. I actually went to my first autocross event yesterday so I know how fun that can be and maybe with soem mods you'll get that miata on the track too.

I don't need anymore mods to be on the track. I'll be beating the Z by the end of this season. In my opinion, it's alllll in the driver!
