Details like odo, color, wheel size / style and your car skills foster communication.
One thing people do is a transmission drain & fill. Some say at 30K, others 60K.
Run your VIN at a dealership to check recall status.
Our '16 Mazda3 Sport had two. One was for parking brake hardware, the other to check a forward body electric node; a problem with which effected the wipers.
Also, the warranty on the central info screen (atop the dashboard) was extended to 7 yr. / 84,000 mi.
I don't know if this applies to your CX-5.

Ok ,
Its a 16 CX5 Grand Touring package, Meteor Gray Mica with Black Leather interior, 19 inch tires with the factory gray and silver alloys. This is actually my 3rd Mazda. The first was a 94 323 with a stick, great little car. The second was a 2005 Tribute (yeah it was a Ford) overall a decent SUV. tranny went @ 160k. Will definitely look into that Tranny flush and especially the extended warranty on the control module, that is probably expensive if it goes. According to the Mazda App there were 4 recalls which were all supposedly addressed.
As far as car skills go. Back in the late 80s I worked in a custom shop installing power moonroofs, T-tops and crazier stuff. Not afraid to mess with a car but know better than to screw with something for the sake of screwin with it.

Hows that for meat lol.

ooops forgot 72 k on the odometer
