Default New Guy from Iowa!

recently purchased an 05 tribute and decided to join! have had a few mazda cars in the past that treated me very well and i am hoping that this tribute will be no different although that is appearing to be a long shot as already having trouble with it but hopefully get that ironed out and drive it till the body falls off lol

it had a bad alternator and of course it went out on the coldest possible day so that went to a shop after i found out what replacing it entailed and at this point im not real happy with my gas mileage so i have to start working on that soon as it warms up

O.K. You will probably replace the spark plugs and so on, clean the MAF sensor, basic tune up. Alternators may burn up any time, but a good battery connections and grounds are vital to improve the odds of longevity.

I enjoyed Saturday morning and this afternoon, I left work 2 hours early (that's o.k. because I put in plenty hours prior) just to get some fresh air. Back to the deep freeze tomorrow.
