First of all I want to say hello, new to the forums and new to mazda.

I have found a nice 1991 Mazda Miata on a local website selling for 1800. It has been parted together so it needs a paint job and its missing the front windshield, other than that he says its in good condition with a few performance upgrades. I am going to call the owner tonight to receive more information about the car.

There is a slight problem though, I live in ND so I am worried about using this in the winter, is it even possible to use in the winter? Any suggestions, advice, or tips is much appreciated!
