Hi there, can anyone help with an irritating problem I have with My Mazda 1999 626, the problem is the horn wont work !! the fuses are ok I removed the horns and they are ok and today I bought a new horn relay from Mazda Edinburgh guess what?? yip still not a peep !! I'm just about pulling my hair out because of this baffling problem, so if any one can help diagnose the source of this problem could you post a response and save me an expensive auto spark call out.

Welcome, Laffinbear!!
Electrical problems are almost always impossible to diagnose in a non-personal way.
The best advice is that you need to start from either end, the horns themselves or the horn button inside the car, and work your way to the other end.
Since you've already tested the horns, work backward to the relay. If there's continuity to the relay from the horn wire, make sure it's (the relay) getting voltage and has ground. If that's OK, work your way back inside the car to any connection and the horn switch (button) itself.
Going about it this way, and if you are conscientious, you will find the problem and be able to fix it.
Horns are pretty simple circuits, even in today's cars. It's either got to be a bad switch, wire or ground. Of course it could also be a bad relay which you have already replaced and eliminated that possibilty, or a bad horn, and you've already eliminated that possiblilty too.
