Default I can’t figure out my 2008 Mazda 3 2.0l problems

Does anyone know how to fix these codes or what could be the main issue.
P04555, P0442, P2187, P2404
Car has rough idle and misfires at idle but doesn’t when driving.
I have an aftermarket air intake and a muffler delete.

One at a time.....
I suggest do some research on this forum to find responses to begin the how to when you have multiple DTCs...
You can use my username as I often post the proper way to start a diagnostic procedure.

What one would also need to know to even begin to help
What type of CAI
The milage
The type of transmission
The last ignition service done.
When was the intake system clean including the throttle body and any and all sensors?
