I have a 2015 Mazda 3 sport with the satnav card inserted vertically in a slot between the seats. I cannot remove it to update it using the toolbox app or replace it. It has been there for 2 years since I bought the car and this is the first time I have tried to remove it. Pressing down does not make it spring up, there is no pinhole through which a release mechanism can be engaged and trying to carefully pull it up with thin nosed pliers doesn't work. I don't want to risk damaging it since the satnav works even if the maps lack some modern developments and road changes.

Any ideas please ?
