Default how to make room in my fenders for my wheels

I just got new wheels and tires and I don't think I can lower my car unless I get low profile tires, can you make room by removing some stuff in the fenders? I don't know alot about modifying cars yet but I'm trying to learn.

I don't have much personal experience with mods (yet), but you can roll your fenders to create more space under them. I'm not sure if this will allow you to actually lower your car much more, maybe just to allow more space for wider tires. Also, I think it's important to ensure your new wheels + tires are the same diameter as stock wheel + tire diameter, otherwise your speedometer and odometer will be off without updating the car's CPU.
