Thanks for the ad ,

We just purchased a 2017 Mazda 5 GT blk/ blk .
low KM .
looking to swap the 17” rims for a set of CX9 20”…
same bolt pattern and offset .
anyone tried this ?
also doing exhaust , CAI , performance tune ,
and front grille mods / replace .
Previous owner of 88 RX7 Turbo 2.

Welcome to the forum. Can you confirm you have a CX-5? Although I doubt the Mazda 5 was available in Canada in 2017 and the MX-5 would have a different bolt pattern.

I would guess that if you could get tires to come close to the same diameter it should work. I wouldn’t try it personally if you drive much in snow or have potholes to deal with.

Hello ,
It is a 2017 Mazda GT DOHC 16V .
They stopped making Mazda 5 in USA 2015 .
Canada got them until 2017 .
same bolt pattern wheels .
17x6 5 x 114.3 .
same bolt pattern as the CX9 2016 I got the 20”
rims - from same 67.1 center .
these are 20” x 8.5 .
just looking to sizes to see what will work .
someone on another page said 205-50-20…..
I am thinking either 235/50/20 or
225/50/ 20 .
hope fully more meat on the size .
the 205-50-20 looks to be a stretch size .
I want more sidewall .
