Good Price for 03 MSP?

The deal is basically done, but I was wondering if you guys/gals thought this was a good deal:

It comes with a few mods, which I'll probably remove. I've never been a fan of running a CAI on a turbocharged vehicle. The exhaust may stay, but most likely I'll go to stock. The only thing I'll probably keep in the hard intercooler pipes as they add some nice bling to the engine bay. Other than the mileage being a tad high the only problems I am aware of is there is a small scuff mark on the rear driverside bumper and the car will need new tires soon, which is fine because I would be getting winter tires put on soon anyway. Do you think the price is fair? KBB retails it for $16,400 and Edmunds was around $15,600 if memory serves correctly. I have seen similar pricing out there, but I was curious to your thoughts. Thanks.

don't like to buy used car so...

things you might have to consider about is that...

if the car is a guy driver - you'll probably think that if he drives the car hard or not.

if the car is a girl drive - you'll probably think that does she change oil every 3000???[>:]
