Drivers Side Door Actuator

Help!! My drivers side door is locked and I can't get in!!! Not quite. I have to climb over the passenger side. The door actuator is bad and Im looking for any suggestions. The local dealer wants $185/225 without labor! Yikes :eek: Any ideas or trends on this?:confused:
