Default Advice for new PR5 member in SE Florida

Greetings,
Have been lurking around the net on PR5 sites debating about selling my beloved yellow 2003 PR5 and could use some advice from fellow enthusiasts.

I bought this car new and special ordered it with the tiptronic tranny, roof racks but without the sunroof (they always leak, clog or rust IMO).
Has been a great car but spent most of its life in my garage as I used to ride a bike / train/ Honda VFR to work 99% of the time (no winter here),

So anyway my GF bought a 2017 Lexus CT200H F sport and I was wowed by its technology so ended buying one as well, (yeah I know they are heavy n slow BUT SO PLUSH)
Now my garage has no room for my motorcycle,
Have 3 buddies hinting they want to buy the Mazda, (Im super **** about maintenance, always washed waxed etc.) but hate to sell it .

The PR5 is yellow and has 48,800 original miles, replaced the spark plugs, fuel filter, brake pads and got new Firestone tires last year just because they were old, Flushed brake fluid bi annually, Oil changes every 4k, have all my original stuff incl owners manual , pamphlets, window sticker etc. (like I said Im ****)
Basicly planned to keep it another 10 yrs then bring it to car shows or make it a project one day but hate storing 2 cars...(the sun is HOT here so the VFR is now on my covered screen porch

Went to Kelly blue book, it said private sale in that condition and low miles $4100 to $5100 but is that too steep ?
Still on the fence , dont need cash but need the room in my garage !
PS had the OEM racks off for years but recently put them back after taking this pic.

No way this is going in the driveway......What would you do ?

Wow what a great looking P5. I have no idea what it is worth, however, I would pay more that 5,100 for it if I had space. I agree that it should not be kept outside, however, I would think the Lexus would be just fine on the street. (This is a Mazda Forum after all.)

I would keep both for a little while. I expect you will get tired of the Lexus fairly soon and regret selling the Mazda if you let it go.

Hello and thanks for the reply,

BTW the reason I ended up in the Mazda was in 2002 I was looking at buying a Lexus IS300 Sport cross until I noticed the 18 mpg sticker (those had the old Land cruiser straight 6 cyl)
There was a Mazda dealership across the street and when I first saw the PR5 I thought it was the same car.
If your not familiar with that model here is a pic of one below

I dont drive alot so hard to justify having two cars...
In hind sight probably should have bought a cheap electric like a used LEAF that I wouldn't care about leaving in the driveway.
