95 MPV, 3.0, V-6, 224,801 miles. Van surges at cruising speed. It feels likehaving short turbo boost at around 80 MPH. It feels good because to have a little boostbut I wonder what it is. Does this have anything to do with the electronic automatic transmission timing in relation to speed or worn out O2 sensor or pressure regulatoror what? Which one should I replace firstfor process of elimination to save money. I retrieved have intermittent OBD I CEL codes 17 and 25. Code 17 is O2 sensor and code 25 is Pressure Regulator Control Solenoid Valve. The OE O2 sensor has over 80,000 miles.How do you clear these codes beside disconnecting the battery? Is there any ECM or ECU fuse to pull? I don't see any in the fuse box. I don't have a repair manual to go by. Lots of questions but reallyappreciate your help.
