Default 2015 mazda 6 headlight question :D

Hey everyone, im new here and wanted some help with my car. I have a 2015 mazda sport and i really like the way the 2016 models have its headlights and foglights. Would it be possible to replace my lights with the newer version? Thanks for all the help!

Default LED vs Halogen headlights - are they worth the cost?

I am in the market for a 2016.5 CX-5. Are the LED headlights significantly better (brighter \ longer distance \ wider range) than the standard halogen headlights? Are there any issues with the LED headlights? Are they worth the money and having to buy the Bose \ Moonroof to get LED lights?

For those who have CX5 with standard halogen lights, how are they? Do they provide adequate (safe) light output?

Thanks.

As I understand it, the CX-5 does not have any option other than Halogen headlights, regardless of trim. The good news is "Clear lens halogen headlights" are projector type halogens and they work pretty well.

Incorrect. The 2016.5 Touring has the "Technology Package" that include LED headlights.

hey, try getting headlight upgrades on BFXenon.com. i hear they've got the best products in terms of quality and durability. and they're mostly plug-and-play.

You can swap them out with after market LEDs and there are a lot of options. If you're looking for high end I'd suggest either PIAA or BFXenon if you're willing to pay for them. I'd stay away from anything with a fan because they will break down and then over heat causing damage to your housing. If you're looking for a cheaper option there are a lot of options on Amazon. I swap mine out and it makes a huge difference, they are much brighter.
