2001 protege lx 2.0L oil pan replacement?

Hello,

Was wondering if it is possible to change the oil pan in the 2001 protege lx 2.0 without moving the transmission, please help!

If its the same as other BJ chassis 323's/Familia's I've worked on, then yes you can remove the engine sump without removing the gearbox.
