1988 Mazda b2200 Idle problem
 

1988 mazda b2200. The carb is a pain in the side for me. I have a high idle problem and I cant seem to get it to stop. The only way I can describe it is that the throttle seems to be sticking because i can pop the hood and where the throttle cable is that attaches to the rest of the carb doesnt seem to want to go back into a resting position. Any kind of help would be great!!
