Weird 6 CD Player Bose issue..

So just recently, out of nowhere.. my CD player clunked out. Here's the symptoms
You can put in a CD.. the LED will flash the BOSE SOUND (or whatever it says on startup, not near my car right now) on and off which Im guessing means the whole radio is turning on and off. Then, if you can SOMEHOW get lucky enough to play a CD, it plays by skipping every other second.. consistently. Every CD, every other second is silent but the time is still going. So its a semi-skip or just a cut out in general. The CD doesn't get stuck or anything, it just wont play.
