Very quick to get up to temp? Normal??
Just bought a 2005 mazda 6 2 litre turbo diesel. Ive noticed that it gets up to temperature very quickly, around 2 or 3 minutes. Is this normal?? Temperature remains constant once its up to temperature, and its driving fine. Also noticed a small puff of white smoke when starting it up? Someone mentioned could just be fuel filter needing changing. Thanks in advance for any help/advice/

Change Yo Stat
Mazda thermostats are not known for their longevity on these cars. After 50-60K they are usually done. Get it changed and see how you get on, worked on mine. Good luck |
