Default Ultimate Tragedy

So I was driving to a work party yesterday following one of my co-workers. There were like 50 lights on this road and some jack nuts decides to stop short on her, so she stops... I on the other hand, saw my opportunity to embed my Mazda logo in her bumper, and proceeded to do so with some force [:'(].... That's right, my 05 Mazda6 V6 in lapis blue, is mildly damaged. I cannot tell you how ruined and empty I feel inside. I'll need an entirely new front bumper as well as a grill.

So anyone here know a good way to get said bumper and grill? Maybe an estimate on how much it would take to paint it considering i have the Lapis Blue color with metal flake, I'm guessing more than I'd care to spend, but hey it's my car and it deserves to look nice. That or I could just go get a body kit for it finally and that would sort of be justified, unfortunatly the only one that I think looks good is the Veilside kit which is like the most expensive one. If anyone has any links or anything please let me know... let my car know... for the good of all Mazdas out there, my ride is in pain [].

Sorry to hear. My 06 Mazda 6 was hit by a huge *** truck about 2 weeks ago. The guy driving just decided to come over in my lane, apparently I was in his blind spot. My whole front bumper was taken off along with a bunch of other stuff. So far the damage is at about $4200, and I have no idea when I'm getting my car back. Every few days I get a call from the repair shop saying something else can't be fixed and then it's back to the guy's insurance company for new estimates...it's so frustrating. In the meantime I've never seen so many Mazda 6s' on the road. I get a tear in my eye every time I see one drive by. I just want my car back and in perfect shape

Sorry for the luck, man. That's one way to get close to a co-worker! [sm=chattypair.gif]Pending nothing is broken up too much underneath, you are probably looking at about $1500. My wife ran undera Toyota 4runner at 15-20 mph in traffic a couple of years ago with mine and it was just over $3000! (ft bumper, grill, absorber, upper rad mount, condensor, left headlight, radiator... ...) I was nearly in tears when she called me. 8:15 am: "Hey, your gonna be mad at me...". Memories.

Good luck getting 'er all fixed up again!!!
