Thinking of buying a '14...a few questions

Hey folks,

I am thinking of picking up a 2014 Mazda6 GT (will be a 4th car for my wife and I). I have a new job where I am driving a lot more miles than my previous job. (1200 vs 800 month). Though with my new job, I get to expense my miles. (Really nice perk)

Anyways, of the 3 cars we already own, we get maybe 20MPG give or take on each of them.
My daily is a heavily modified 2006 Subaru Forester (suspension, steering custom built engine, 5MT)
I am not getting rid of any of our current cars.

So, I'd like something with good MPG and isn't something I'd be embarrassed to be driving which brings me to the 2014 Mazda6 GT. (Was also thinking of a Mazda3 Hatch)

My questions....

1) Any common issues that I should look out for?
2) How do I know if a '14 has the Advanced Package (would be a nice to have, but not a deal breaker)
3) One of the cars I looked at has condensation inside of one of the headlights. Is this a common problem? I am pretty sure that this car was backed into on that side, so it maybe the seal on the headlight was compromised because of that.
4) Any issues with the light leather discoloring? I am not a fan of light leather because it never seems to hold up. But I looked at 1 with about 46K miles and the leather looked great.
5) What should I expect to pay if I needed a replacement key with programming? (2 of the 3 local ones only have 1 key)

So far, I've found 3 near me at good prices, but they are all Red.....and Red along with Silver are my most disliked car colors. And to make it more difficult on me, one of them has brand new Continental Extremecontact DWS on it which is a tire I use on my Forester for the winter and I love it. (I have Max Performance Summer tires for 3 seasons) Sigh.....

Thanks.
