Our 2003 Mazda6 has been stuttering, mostly when hitting 40 mph. We had codes indicating throttle problems so we just had the whole part replaced. Unfortunately it did not correct the problem but the shop indicated it might be a PCM issue. Any thoughts? Also just wanted to mention that we did have the transmission checked and it seems OK. Appreciate any suggestions before we dump more money into the car.

 

4cyl? 6cyl? miles? original plugs? Remember the codes by chance?

Need just a little bit more to go on.

 

Thanks Sparky202. I believe the car is a 6 cyl with 140,000 miles. This is a second-hand car that we purchased for our son so we don't have a huge history. I am guessing the plugs may still be original. As far as the codes, the ones that came up were P210, P2110 and P2113. Thanks!

 

Didn't get a V6 Mazda 6 in my markets, but google mentions.

P2113, Throttle position or acelerator position sensor
P2110, Same.
P0210? Mentions Injector fault
