My windsheild wiper fluid jets need to be adjusted, but the manual doesn't say much. Does anyone know the best way to do this on an 08' 6 ???

Also the right side wiper blade stops directly infront of my line of sight in the driver's seat. For a second or so, I'm blinded by all the water left as the blade retreats. Frustrating, because the Dealer was clueless on these issues!! Thanks
