Remote auto-window operation

I have recently bought a 2006 Mazda6 estate which I am very pleased with but I am worried by one feature in particular. I have a retractable remote central locking key and it is possible using this key to remotely open all 4 windows in the car. i.e. by pushing and holding the unlock button on the key it lowers all the windows in the car. This is a problem if my young son plays with the keys in a rainstorm!

Anyone know if there is a way to disable this feature?

RE: Remote auto-window operation

Only way I know of to disable this feature is to disable the auto window system altogether. This is simply done by disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes.
