Default Receive ERROR: P1378 FICM Supply Voltage Circuit Low

Can someone help me?
I am receiving ERROR: P1378 FICM Supply Voltage Circuit Low on my Mazda 6 diesel 2006.
Does anybody knows what this error means and how critical is it ?

Yes, I've tried, but after ~1 minute it started again.

I deleted the error again and everything seems OK. If the error pop up again I will try Kevinkpk's suggestion.
