When I turn the car off, I notice there is a squeaking from one of the radiator fans. Sometimes it sounds louder, sometimes not so much. Can those be lubricated or is it needing a replacement of the entire fan assembly?

 

Bump. Anyone have an idea? It’s gotten worse.

 

Yes it close to time to replace the fan it is on the failing list of warning you in advance

 

Thanks for the response! I'm getting quotes and it seems the whole assembly is supposed to be replaced. One quote is for almost $700. Parts and two hours of labor. They can't get the part until January 4th of next year.

 

The labor time is correct. There are aftermarket alternative if you do not go to dealer.
